One Account Per Person
Each player is allowed one account only. Duplicate accounts, accounts shared between multiple people, and accounts created to circumvent limits or suspensions are all prohibited and will be closed without warning.
Deposits and Withdrawals in PHP Only
All financial transactions on 94ph are conducted in Philippine Peso. Supported channels include GCash, Maya, and Philippine online banking or bank transfers. Cryptocurrency and credit cards are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods.
Account Security Is Your Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. 94ph will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by you sharing your password or failing to protect your account details.

01 Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 94ph online gaming platform, including the website at 94ph.app, the 94ph mobile application, and all associated services. By creating an account or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 94ph. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of 94ph after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised document.
02 Eligibility

03 Account Rules
Each person is permitted to hold only one account on 94ph. Creating more than one account — whether under the same name or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 94ph reserves the right to close all related accounts and withhold any balance, including pending withdrawals, pending full review.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with anyone. Any activity carried out on your account — regardless of whether you personally authorised it — remains your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 94ph support immediately at [email protected].
Account information you provide at registration must be accurate and complete. Any changes to your personal details should be updated promptly. 94ph may request verification documents (KYC) at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
04 Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals on 94ph are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported deposit and withdrawal channels currently include GCash, Maya, and Philippine online banking or bank transfer. The availability of specific channels may change — check the Deposit section of the platform for the current list.
Cryptocurrency and credit cards are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods. Deposits must come from accounts or wallets in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawal requests are processed after identity verification (KYC) has been completed. Processing times depend on the payment channel and internal verification requirements. 94ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if fraudulent activity or policy violations are suspected.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by channel and are displayed within the platform. 94ph does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
05 Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on 94ph are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation except in specific circumstances outlined in the platform's game-specific rules (for example, event cancellation or postponement in sports betting).
94ph covers sports betting (including PBA, NBA, football, boxing, esports, and volleyball), live casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, and live game shows), slots, and eBingo. Rules specific to each category are published within the relevant section of the platform.
In sports betting, if an event is cancelled and not rescheduled within the settlement period defined in the platform rules, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. In live casino, technical disconnections after a bet has been placed do not void the bet — the round proceeds and the outcome is settled normally.
94ph reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, system faults, or where there is evidence that a bet was placed in violation of these Terms.
06 Bonuses and Promotions
94ph may offer bonuses, promotions, or other incentives to players from time to time. Each offer will have its own specific terms, including eligibility requirements, wagering conditions, expiry dates, and withdrawal restrictions. Those specific terms are part of these overall Terms and Conditions.
Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through matched betting, use of multiple accounts, or any other method that 94ph determines to be abuse of promotional terms will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
94ph does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular promotion. Offers may be withdrawn or modified at any time, subject to reasonable notice where practicable.
07 Prohibited Conduct
The following are prohibited on the 94ph platform:
- Registering as a minor or providing false personal information.
- Creating more than one account.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploiting bugs or technical errors.
- Depositing funds obtained from illegal or fraudulent activity.
- Using another person's account or payment method without their consent.

09 Limitation of Liability
94ph makes no warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, and third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect access. 94ph will not be liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability beyond its reasonable control.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis for entertainment purposes. 94ph will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. 94ph's total liability in any circumstance will not exceed the net balance of your account at the time the relevant issue arose.

In cases of verified fraud or Terms violation, any balance may be forfeited pending investigation.
